Anju Grobe is a Technology Strategist and CEO of SKS Government Solutions, bringing over 20 years of experience across systems analysis, cloud architecture, software engineering, and business leadership. SKS is a certified Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

A former Systems Analyst for the Washington, DC Government, Anju developed a deep understanding of public-sector systems and operations.

Anju led the implementation of a cloud-based IT infrastructure for the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD), reducing processing times by 40% and supporting over 2,500 small businesses annually. She led modernization and efficiency initiatives across other DC agencies such as OCTO, DOEE, DCRA, and DHCD, achieving over 30% operational efficiency through automation and cloud technologies.

She holds a Master of Science in Physics, an MBA, and certifications including PMP, TOGAF Architect, Cloud and QuickBase Expert and USAII AI . An active member of PMI, The Open Group, IEEE, and USAII, Anju continues to explore AI, ML and emerging quantum technologies, reflecting her commitment to forward-looking, responsible innovation.
